Vipassana Meditation courses are conducted under Vipassana Research Institute (VRI) Igotpuri Nasik Maharashtra India. There are some strict rules and regulation. No one can run such course without their proper permission. And no one can take any kinds of fees for teaching meditation. Taking fees or any kinds of return will pollute the purity and holiness of the noble teaching. The teacher gives kindness metta but take nothing in return. Anapana meditation is the primary meditation for Vipassana. Old students are trained by children teacher training program for Anapana to students. Other than trained teacher the meditation program may not be beneficial, rather it may harm something else. However the old students can arrange short term workshop or seminar or Anapana meditation camp without taking any kind of fees. We encourage to all to be trained up in Anapana meditation for their personal benefit. We emphasis and encourage the people for short term Anapana meditation just to be interested to go to Vipassana Meditation. We always encourage scientific temperament for happy and peaceful society. Anybody interested to learn Anapana meditation can invite us.
