Residential Anapana Meditation Program 

Residential 60 min Anapana Meditation Program  for Doctors group  at Lakhimpur. Resident of Sunil Padum Kownar,  Organised by Dr.Hiranya Padum Kownar,  Sucil kownar and  Sunil Padum Kownar. Participents No 10. all of them participated seriously.

Residential Program at Ghaghor, Lakhimpur. As new Bauddha Vihara is under construction, a residential program was arranged in a villlage hut in different  rooms. Participants were 20 nos. They were very much interested by understanding the Buddha Education.
